STUDY BREATHING

And here comes another bomb. We are showing you a breathing exercise that has always had such a positive effect on concentration and the ability to memorize, that only its value would actually would justify the hundredfold price :) .
Get up for that, shake your body and we are starting off.

Do again monitor your breathing, … how it is streaming in… and how it is leaving the body again. … The breath, … how it is flowing into your body… and again leaving it, … and maybe you start counting, while you are allowing the air to stream into your body… and to leave it again. … And you are trying to keep the timespan of breathing in and breathing out at about the same level. … Maybe they are exactly seven counting units, … that the air takes to flow into your body, … and seven counting units to exit the body again. … 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, … and the breathing air leaves again … 1,2,3,4,5,6,7-1,2,3,4,5,6,7 .. and now you are taking one counting unit break, after breathing in … and another counting unit break after breathing out. … 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 -1- 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 – 1- 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 – 1- 1,2,3,4,5,6,7-1-…. Wonderful, that’s how it is done … and now let the breathing air float deep into your body …  deep into your body – all the way until your pelvic floor. … And within the one counting unit between breathing in and breathing out you are setting your attention on you heart region…. And let the breathing air set off from there again. … That means: breathing in into your pelvic floor – 4,5,6,7 – and breathing out from the cardiac region – 5,6,7… and again breathing into your pelvic floor… and out from the cardiac area, … and you let that happen for some time, … until your focus only sets on the act of breathing out. … You are only paying attention to the breathing out from your cardiac region, from where you are breathing out “calmness” … and with the next breathe you are letting out “cleverness”… and “concentration”. … Breathing out calm, clever concentration. You are breathing into your pelvic floor, shifting the attention to your cardiac region and from there you are simply breathing a calm and clever concentration into your surrounding… That’s exactly how it is done…

This exercise is an incredibly effective and powerful concentration exercise. As far as we know it originates from the Sufi-philosophy and is called Mother’s breath there. Please try this breathing exercise. It is probably the most precious that we can give you in this matter. Breathe this way before exams, before studying, while studying, during an exam, if you feel like under pressure… you can always allow yourself to breathe like that and you might, depending on the situation, change the quality of your breathing air. If you are looking for energy, than breathe energy from your cardiac region into your surroundings, if you need tranquility then breathe out tranquility into your surroundings.

With this breathing exercise you have already dipped in deeply into the centerpiece of our work. You have touched the place, where all your energy, your strength and your greatness originates from.
